Introducing “Oliver” formerly Perro

We got a call from Riverside shelter that this dog is registered to us. He was left tied up ?? in Jurupa Valley. and only God knows what could have happen to him.?? He is a sweet boy. We looked all the way back to 2007 and 2008 files and found no record of this boy. It is a mystery and bizarre thing is that Long Beach Shelter is the one who owned the microchip. We have never pulled from that shelter. There is no back up on chip and that is even more unusual.

So he is about 8 years young. We may have neutered some homeless person’s dog… But still confused about Long Beach Shelter’s chip..??

Anyway he is safe and needs a new home.
He gets along with other dogs and is sweet with people. November is adopt a senior month.

My Vet renamed him Oliver which is better then Perro.

Thank God for microchips…!!

We know we did not register the chip because the info belongs to a relative of a volunteer which our rescue would never use. .

Oliver did great at his first adoption event.

If you can not take dog with you, leave him or her home or carry him or her in.
